Your licence count determines how many extensions (users) you can have active at once.

Increasing your licence count

When subscribing or changing your plan, you can set the number of licences you need directly — this flows through automatically to your account, so your extension limit updates without any extra manual step on your side.

Reducing your licence count

Contact support if you need to reduce your licence count — this may involve removing or reassigning extensions first if you're currently using more than the new limit would allow.
