Understanding Your Plan

DT Communicator has four plan tiers — Basic, PBX, Teams, and Full — each one cumulative, meaning each tier includes everything in the ones below it plus more.

Monthly vs. Annual billing

Every plan is available billed either monthly or annually. Annual billing includes a discount over paying monthly — the exact saving is shown on the pricing page when you select the annual option.

Licences (extension count)

Your plan includes a number of licences, which corresponds to how many extensions/users you can have. You can adjust this — see Adding Extensions/Licences.
