Payment methods

Payment is handled securely through Stripe. Both card payments and Bacs Direct Debit are supported, alongside Apple Pay where available.

Changing plan or billing frequency

Contact your account administrator to change your plan tier or switch between monthly/annual billing.

Updating your card details

If your card is due to expire or you need to update payment details, you'll typically be prompted automatically as the renewal date approaches. If you need to update it proactively, contact support.
