Call Transfer

There are two ways to transfer a call, depending on whether you want to speak to the other person first.

Blind Transfer

Sends the call straight to another extension without speaking to them first.

1. During a call, tap Transfer.
2. Enter the extension number, or pick someone from your contacts.
3. Tap Blind Transfer.
4. The call is transferred immediately and disconnects from you.

Attended Transfer ("Call First")

Lets you speak to the other person before completing the transfer — useful when you want to check they're available or give them context first.

1. During a call, tap Transfer.
2. Enter the extension number, or pick someone from your contacts.
3. Tap Call First.
4. Your original call is put on hold while you speak privately with the person you're transferring to.
5. Once you've spoken to them, tap Complete to connect the two calls together, or Cancel to go back to your original caller instead.
