Do Not Disturb

Turning on Do Not Disturb (DND) stops incoming calls from ringing through to you.

Turning DND on or off

You can toggle DND from two places — they're always kept in sync, so it doesn't matter which one you use:

The quick-toggle in the app header
The Settings screen

Automatic DND from Microsoft Teams (Desktop)

If your organisation has this enabled, the Desktop app can automatically turn on DND when your Microsoft Teams status shows you as busy — you'll see a "Busy in Teams" badge when this is active, and incoming calls will be automatically declined for the duration.
