Making and Receiving Calls
Making and Receiving Calls
Making a call
- Go to the Keypad tab.
- Dial a number, or tap a contact/favourite to call them directly.
- Tap the green Call button.
Receiving a call
An incoming call rings and shows the caller's number or name (if they're in your contacts). Tap to Answer or Decline.
- On iOS, incoming calls use Apple's native call screen (CallKit) — this works even from your Lock Screen.
- On Android, incoming calls use your device's native call handling.
- On Desktop, an incoming call banner appears in the app; if the app window is minimised or behind other windows, it will come to the front automatically so you don't miss it.
During a call
While connected, you have access to:
- Mute — mutes your microphone
- Speaker (mobile) — switches to speakerphone
- Hold — see Hold and Resume
- Keypad — for entering digits/feature codes, see Using the Keypad During a Call
- Transfer — see Call Transfer
Ending a call
Tap the red Hang Up button, or on iOS/Android you can also use the standard system call controls.
