When you have a new voicemail, the app shows a badge/indicator so you know without having to check manually.

Listening to your voicemail

Dial your voicemail access number to listen to and manage your messages. Ask your administrator for this number if you don't already have it — it's set per-PBX and isn't the same for every customer.

If you're not receiving voicemail notifications

Voicemail notifications rely on your app being registered. If you've recently had a registration problem, check that's resolved first — a badge that isn't updating usually means the app hasn't been able to check in with the PBX recently.
