Contacts, Favourites, and Recents

Contacts

Your contacts list works the same way as your phone/device's regular contacts (on mobile) or is provided by your PBX's directory (on Desktop), so you can find and call people by name rather than remembering numbers or extensions.

Favourites

Mark the people you call most often as favourites for one-tap calling — you'll find them in the Favourites tab.

Recents

The Recents tab shows your recent call history, including missed calls, so you can quickly call someone back or see who tried to reach you.
