Hold and Resume

Hold and Resume

1. During a call, tap Hold. The other person will hear hold music or silence, depending on your PBX configuration.
2. The button changes to Resume.
3. Tap Resume to continue the call.

While a call is on hold, you can still use other features like starting an Attended Transfer — this puts your original call on hold automatically while you speak to the transfer target.
